Anehana Place is a signature project developed, designed, and constructed by the K&J Architecture team, reflecting our commitment to excellence in high-end residential design. This carefully planned subdivision consists of 10 lots in total, with the first three currently under construction and slated to be available on the market by late 2024. K&J Architecture initiated this project in April 2024, with construction commencing in May. Leveraging our expertise in efficient construction processes and Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology, we are on track to complete the first phase by the end of the year.
